Re: Charger question
no problems. I used my hp Touchpad 5v/2a charger and it works fine. Won't charge any faster than the stock charger though, due to the stock kernel. It would be theoretically possible to charge faster with the right kernel.

A higher amp charger will not PUSH more amperage into the phone. A high amperage charger will have more amperage available if PULLED. U could use a 5 amp charger if u wanted as long as its only 5 volts. The phones kernel has charging software that only allows the phone to charge at a defined rate.
It is perfectly safe to use a charger with higher amperage than stock.
