Has anyone been noticing when you turn on phone with power button or home button and on lock screen it starts off kinda dark and then gets brighter as you unlock? I have auto brightness off in settings so I know that is not it. Anybody seeing this or I'm wondering if something is wrong with mine.

Mine seems bright from the start. I don't see any ramping of brightness.

I was having the same issue as well. Go into Settings > Display > and uncheck "Auto adjust screen tone". After I did that the dimming on the lock screen disappeared. Check the screenshot/attachment below for more info.

My lock screen has that issue too. the transition is very rough from dark to bright.
