that happened to me once also..... I was holding the phone right side up and the video came out upside down..... Lucky for me it wasn't a really important video..... This only happened one time..... I have taken a lot of video since then with no problems.

This just happened to me last night. I used the camcorder to record a couple videos of our dog playing in the stream near our house. It seems natural to me that the record/stop recording button would be on the right side of the phone so that’s how the phone was oriented while recording. Both videos are upside down when viewing them on my PC.
