Best place to learn tips and tricks?

I thought I had the basics down, but I just noticed I can swipe away notifications. Is this a touch wiz or android thing?

1. Swiping away notifications was part of the ICS update for Android..
2. Search the forums. If there is something you can't find answer to there are many helpful folks on here.
