Every so often I get the error message

"Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped"

This seems to be mostly random, but also when I force a sync...

Any ideas? I paid good money to move up with a trouble ridden DINC and don't think a high end phone like this should have any crashes!

I had to a hard reset at work 3 days ago. The lock screen was not responsive at all. when I did get to the homescreen, it flashed twice and went black. Did a battery pull and rebooted a few times and same issue. I couldnt call out or access anything. The night before i did install an app which Kaspersky caught as a virus and quickly deleted. Not sure if that was the cause since i never access the app. Ramdom crashes and reboots is the last thing we want. Especially if you are coming from the HTC Thunderbolt days like me.

Just had that problem tonight. Lock screen unresponsive, screen went blank and restarted. Finally did a hard reset.
This happened immediately after installing and running the app Ringtone Maker Pro.
Maybe I should put a warning for this app on this forum somewhere.

I think everything is ok now, I deleted the app in safe mode before I did the hard reset.
