I'm having this same problem on a samsung gTab 7.7 stock ICS (updated feom HC in july)--but this is new..... seems to be related to google search , my guess is some ind of update.

Never seen that, but I don't use G+ (don't think I even use Google Search, except from within Maps).
Have you tried rebooting the phone? Complete shutdown/battery pull? Uninstalling the most recent apps?

Totally stock as well.

You don't happen to have Tasker installed, do you? I seemed to stay noticing this once I installed that app in this phone...Galaxy s3, too.

No Tasker, but it seems related to the cut paste bug.

Used to be able to cut paste but now it just force closes whatever I'm in

If you factory reset or root and fix the cut and paste bug it'll probably fix it.

I noticed the cut and paste issue this morning with Chrome. I got the Test Service thing a few times this week too. Then today I got No Sim a couple times this afternoon. Maybe it is about to blow up.

Yeah i've got thay problem too with that test service app and cutting and pasting but it started whe. i've updated my galaxy s3 to the newest android version. Any ideas why that happends?

Problems with cut and paste i think that post #8 is a good solution for that problem. I will check it out tommorow and i will tell if its right.

I uninstalled Chrome and installed Chrome Beta from Google Play store on my Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus (GT-P6210) to resolve my problem as I too had the test service and cut, copy and paste problem and this seemed the work. Let me know if it works for you!
