Anyone have experience with Onavo Extend?

I've been using My Data Manager, but have been looking into Onavo, which now tracks 4G usage as well as 3G. Curious if anyone has an experience with this program, as well as whether it's add-on, Onavo Extend, works as advertised to compress data usage. All the reviews I found about it claim it's a legit way to squeeze the data used by photos/email/web, etc.

I have a 5GB plan, and tend to use the whole 5GB every month, so this would be a coup if it works...

I had it on my iPhone and it rocked. Totally compressed my data ussage. Its available Andriod now but only for phones with ICS. It however is yet to work with my HTC Vivid for anything but compressing data for Google Play. But yes, it works and I recommend it
