I'm looking for an app like the smart action app that comes on the droid Razer. My wife has the Razer and that's the only thing I like about her phone. Anyone know anything that can help me?

There's an app called Llama in the play store that has similar functions. That or Tasker with custom profiles is the best alternative I know.

Not familiar with that, but Phone Weaver may be something that suits your needs.

Check into juice defender. I have the ultimate version but they do have a free one. I get about 3 to 4 hours extra on it

Yea I had a razr before I switched and I liked it cause I would always turn data off when my screen went off but the only con about that is that it didn't sync up until I unlocked my phone after a few seconds. Juice defender turns it off but is still able to get picture mesages through and it turns data on every 15 minutes (or 30 whatever you set it to) when the screens off to to sync your emails and other apps that need data. You can use their basic setting of balanced and it'll do this nicely or you can use the customize or advanced setting which has a bunch of options
