I can't seem to add photos to any contacts. Last week I downloaded a photo of my friend from his web site and added that as his contact photo. Now whenever I try to use any of my gallery photos as a contact photo for my other contacts, my friends photo shows up, only that one photo and I even deleted him from my phone but still that photo is mysteriously in system somewhere and keeps setting itself as a contact photo even when I add a totally different photo. Anyone have any ideas?

BTW I am rooted and unlocked. I also wiped the phone back to stock rooted image and problem still there.
