Newbish flashing question

Hey all! I have a newbish flashing question for yall. I 've used Odin to flash my S3 to the HD version than rooted it and then used the EZ unlock for the bootloader. I've used titanium backup to back up my user apps. So now if I want to install CM 10 or JB, do I have re d/l all my apps or does the titanium backup restore function restore me back to where I was before I flashed?? i.e. game data etc..

Titanium will restore all your apps so no need to download them again. Just be sure to check "App Only" after you select "Restore all apps with data." Restoring data on a new rom often leads to problems. After I restore my apps I do run it again and select "data only" for a few of my apps, such as Swiftkey, Catch, Key Ring, and my games. Those don't seem to have problems with transferring data like apps that interact directly with the system.
