Default Phone is now telling me how many emails I have.. Voice coming from speakers all of a sudden

Some how, the phone has started to audibly tell me how many voice mails I have, every time I receive a new one. At first I thought it was my blackberry but it's my s3. How do I stop this??

try turning off "driving mode" to the right in the notification bar icons.....my mom accidentally hit it on hers and drove us crazy until we figured it out
