is it now possible to use prepaid SIM cards from U.S. GSM carriers like T-Mobile, AT&T and others?(other being the one advertised by AndroidCentral )

Or has Verizon not turned this feature on yet?

    Thanks!

    Thanks!
I tried my AT&T iPhone 5 nano sim in my newly "global" VZW S3, and a message popped up that said I installed a non-Verizon sim. I was told the global feature applies to non-US GSM carriers.
