How do you prevent JB from installing?

I have been using a DNA the last 10 days and there are just too many little issues with it that are driving me crazy. Wifi, notifications, battery life, etc. When I put the sim card back in my GS3, it immediately started to download the JB update. It installed but when it prompted me to actually do the install, I haven't done it. I have read the forums of everyone saying battery life takes a hit with JB so I really don't want to install it. Is there a way to permanently stop the install so it will stop asking me?

there should be something that says "reject". just hit that and it shouldn't ask you anymore. I rejected it and haven't seen anything about it again.

Do a factory reset and take the update. JB is ten times the OS of ICS when running properly
