I'm looking to get my brother in law an S3 for Verizon as his Thunderbolt just died on him. What's the best place for the lowest price? I've seen deals pop up the last couple of weeks but he needs one in the next couple days.

The best price I could find was $99 at Amazon Wireless:

$99 at Amazon wireless isn’t bad, although Best Buy had it for $49.99 not too long ago.

My advice would be to have Best Buy match Amazon’s price for $99.99 and then watch Best Buy for a price drop and get a price adjustment.
