    Default Question about animations after jelly bean update

    Hey all. Quick question. I have noticed after the update when I go to the app drawer or even open up folders I get these kind of neat looking animations. I enabled developer options and set the window scale transitions to off for all 3 settings and it seems not to affect it at all is there a new way to cut off animations? Thanks...

    i am having same problem. have launcher ex' see no other launcher in application but santa and merry christmas annimation continue
