Sorry if there is an answer in another thread. I searched but couldn't find one.

In just the last couple days my battery has been draining faster than normal. When I check my battery usage stats Google+ is at the top of the list eating up 50% of my battery. I rarely post on Google+ but don't want to delete the app. I have turned off all notifications but the problem still exists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disable it if you don't use a lot. It kills my battery too

sign out of it if you're not using it. hit the menu button and sign out. it will not be running in the background if you're not logged in

I noticed it a while back. I haven't used it since then. I just use the web.

Easiest thing would be just to disable it under the Application Manager

I've when the same thing. I freeze it except when I want to use it for instant upload.
