So my girlfriend has had her s3 dor about 3 weeks now she loves it except its kinda slow and wont get 4g like at all and I know that we are in a 4g location because my note 2 gets 4g constantly whats going wrong here?
Ive tried the setting main settings and mobile networks to lte and reset the phone but now she will get 4g for 5 min after then stops completly again

Verizon should have no issue replacing the sim card. It also could be a bad device. QA cant catch everything. If it is a bad device then they probably won't have an issue replacing it either. As long as theres no damage like water or obvious drop marks.
