Cool Windows 7 Microsoft Office S3

    Happy Sunday Everyone.
New to the Forum, thank-you for taking the time to read this.

    What I got:
    Windows 7
    Microsoft Office 2010
    S3
    Outlook.com Email Address'

    What I want:
    Wireless Synchronization
    Contacts
    Calendar
    Tasks
    Notes

It seems that Office 2010 does not support Outlook.com email address'.
CompanionLink has a solution. It is expensive, and it seems to basically be a workaround.
I'm not critical of CompanionLink, since the technology is moving so fast these days, that solutions seem to be obsolete before they hit the market.

    What I'm looking at:
Microsoft Office 2013 - Which is compatible with Outlook.com email address'
The Outlook.com App - Works fine. At this point it's kind of a Windows Live App with a new coat of paint.

So . . . is anybody in the same boat here?
I'm assuming that I can't be the only one looking for this solution.

    All the best,

    Ian

And... welcome to the Microsoft way of things. Ultimately, the best solution involves dumping them altogether for a better product.

Have you tried this yet? It should get you most of the way there.:

    Thank-you for the Reply.

I did install Outlook.com/Android just after I posted, and I'm very happy with it.
The main thing I needed was to be able to move Email to Folders, and I does that nicely.

I also upgrade Office to 2013, and that has resolved my Email issues.
I gather Outlook.com Email address' uses ActiveSync which is not supported by Office 2010.

AND, as I understand it, MS is on the verge of releasing an Office App for iOS and Android.
So once that is released, I should be good.

No complaints, it took a little money, but MS has bills to pay I'm sure.
Aside from that . . . I LOVE THIS PHONE!

    So . . .

I'm using Outlook 2013 as the main Email Program.
Windows Live Mail 2013 to move Email from the Inbox of one Email address to the Inbox of another Email address.
And the Outlook.com App on my phone.
    All good.

Buuuuuuuuuut, I'm finding that the sycning of these three is not entirely dependable. (Imagine that).
If anyone is in the same boat, jump in, and tell me what you think.
