Hi, I used to be able to drag and app by touching it. i'd hold my finger on it, the screen would change, and i'd drag it around.
now, nothing happens when i hold my fingure on an app. any clue why?

Is it possible you're using a launcher that allows you to lock the desktop? I use Nova which has the option, but if you long-press it tells you the desktop is locked. Not sure if Apex gives you that warning, or if stock Touchwiz even has that option.
