Re: Why is my email showing (-1) in the inbox when I have no emails
I've seen this posted a couple of times and it happened to me too. It was for my @cox.net personal email account. What happened is it was loading two emails right when I went to the in-box and I just kept hitting the trash can to delete them and this somehow got the counter out of sync. I did battery pulls, restarts and nothing worked for over a week. I just broke down and deleted the email account from my phone and then added it back in and the counter shows correctly. Just look at your incoming and outgoing settings and write them down first so you can add the mailbox back in correctly.
