[HELP] Bricked, Need Some Partition

I have made my android SoftBricked, it turn into bootloop. Odin not working because i was been making modifications partition. I forgot to make a backup of my partition.

Can you please dump partition that i broke for me please?
this is the command i usualy use in terminal emulator to save partition to SDCARD.

SU
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p12 of=/sdcard/modem_st1.img
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p13 of=/sdcard/modem_st2.img
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p21 of=/sdcard/fsg.img

Can you reboot into recovery or download mode?

it not work. cause i only need that partition, and not included in FW rom

I just only that 3 partition 9Mb if zipped in total size.

Can you help me just dump that 3 from your partition?
that file include NV_Item, Imei etc.
But ican handle it if i have that 3 partition.
