Network Usage - determine App?

Since the update I've noticed what appears to be much more download activity on wifi. I will have nothing open but the down arrow shows something going somewhere. Is there a setting or app that will let me look at what is causing the download? I'm not using Maps, G+ or Now, none of those and all the email syncs have finished. Just like data is going into a blackhole somewhere.
