Software update - automatically downloading?

I just happened to look at my phone and the Verizon Software update is automatically downloading - in addition it's downloading over 4g not wifi-
Doesn't it usually ask you? In addition, I was pretty sure that I had the setting set at "Wifi only" for downloads

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Sorry - as soon as I posted - the phone asked me if I wanted to defer install. I saw this green icon top left and when I saw updating software I placed it in airplane mode while I checked this forum - once I came out of airplane mode it took a couple of seconds and asked me if I wanted to download
