I cannot get my NFC to tun on. I've replaced the battery and the problem still persists. I took the phone to the Samsung experience thing at Best Buy. What more can I do?
What kind of battery did you buy? If it's a generic, it likely didn't come with NFC. Many inexpensive brands don't, so it's important you make sure it specifically says, NFC capable, NFC enabled or something similar on the battery or it's packaging.
Does your NFC work ok when you put your old battery back in? If so, you may have received a gallery battery, and you'll want to contact Verizon for a replacement.
