Sound does not reset when toggling from 'vibrate' to 'sound'

I have a Verizon Galaxy S3. It was updated to 4.3 back in December. Since then I have noticed a glitch when toggling back to ?sound? from ?vibrate? on the pulldown swipe settings menu. I toggle my sound to ?vibrate? when I get to the office, then back to ?sound? when I leave. Sometimes, when going back to ?sound?, the settings for sound volume do not reset, the phone remains on vibrate and I have to do all 4 settings manually. It is a pain ? the shortcut toggle should take care of that and return me to my preset sound levels. Any sugguestions?

I put mine on vibrate at night with the pull-down bar. Sometimes it doesn't go back to sound when I turn it back on in the morning.
