Verizon galaxy s3 randomly loses all signal

Long story short, phone fell out of my pocket from about 2-3 feet up, checked it for external damage, but didnt see any since it does have a case on it. Went to make a call about a half hour later, but would not go through. Aftet 3 attempt, i finally got the message of no service. Couldnt make a call or use the internet. Since then, it will let calls go through every once in a while, and my service continues to go in and out.

So far i have tried pulling the sim card, the battery and factory reseting. Is this something i can fix or did something break?
