The only things I change are the animation scales and the runtime in kk.

I've turned the animation scales to 0 and it seems to make it a bit snappier. Any other suggestions?

That is about all I mess with in the Developer options.

Those animation settings are about it. Leave developer options alone unless you absolutely need to change something.

I highly suggest setting the animations to .5 at 0 the animations are eliminated. At .5 you can still enjoy the animations but they are faster. Imo it maker things smoother.
