Are the speakers louder with 4.3???

It seems like the speakers are louder now. Anyone else? I played the same song Ive been playing since I got the one and today I could hear it across the room where before I had to be close to it. Is it me? I tried both with and without beats and it seems louder on both.

NO!!! To me the volumes are much software after 4.3. I can barely hear my notifications now. I am forced to restart the phone about once a day to get the volume back up! My biggest complaint so far about 4.3.

Do you leave beats audio on? If so it may have reverted back during the upgrade process.
FWIW, my speaker/volume seems the same after updating. I did have some previous adjustment settings that changed during the update and I had to go back in and readjust them.
