Video recording won't work on 4.3

Hey guys. I'm having a big issue. I have an S-Off, rooted HTC One to which I recently flashed the 4.3 stock ROM. Everything seems to be working fine, except video recording. It doesn't matter what app I'm in: camera, Snapchat, etc. Whenever I try to initiate recording, either from the front or back camera, the app crashes. I have no idea what's wrong here, so if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it. I'd prefer to not have to do a complete wipe and lose my apps, data, etc unless that's the only way to fix it...

I'm stock and had the same issue after the 4.3 ota...only thing that fixed it was a reset...sadly

I just tried it and I had no issues. I did not do a reset after installation of 4.3.

I tried a reset. Didn't work. The only thing that worked was flashing an older 4.2.2 software version. I guess I'll have to go back to that until 4.4 comes out.
