Quick Access to Sound Profiles?

Is there a way to quickly access the Sound Profile setting from the home screen? I know that pressing the volume rocker up or down give you access to configure volume for ringtone, notifications, etc. But it does not let you choose "SILENT." The lowest setting is vibrate, which is not good enough for meetings. Any suggestions?

Use the HTC 1x1 widget for sound. One tap to vibrate, one more to silent, and another to return to normal.

Using the volume rocker the second to the last setting is silent. Then the final option is vibrate.
