Very pleased with the camera. All these are straight from the phone, no post processing done. With even a little brightness/sharpening/saturation, these would really be nice.

Ok, here are a few mixed samples I took on my phones. I am including embedded images, but if you follow the "album" link you can download it at full resolution if you want to see the "real" picture

This is using the Panorama mode (indoors):

    Close up:

Keep in mind, none of these were taken with the "Low light" mode enabled. These are all using stock settings out of the box. The Camera does lean to Yellow a bit in low light. The Panorama mode is AWESOME...extremely intuitive to use, and takes seamless images.

the camera on this thing is one of the main reasons i chose it after reading a lot of reviews. so many times with my droidx i wasihed i had a phone that could at least do respectfully in P&S situations. i have a full dslr kit as you can see here i am pretty into photography:

I'm getting better sharpness using something to steady the phone : in this case I used a post to set the phone on. All settings were Auto and the file size is 5mb (one below 8 on the resolution setting)

    JeffDenver:

+1 Very nice shots Jeff...I've had good luck using the HDR (high dynamic range) indoors/outdoors for tricky lighting. In SCENES at the bottom is Backlight HDR. Most of the time this camera's standard program really shines using just the AUTO mode if u don't have the time to set things in the menu. But for high contrast - strange backlighting like shooting with a window in the background with sunlight shining through, HDR can sometimes produce some interesting results.

I dont know if you guys knew this (I didnt until just now), but the camera has a touch-to-focus feature. You tap on an object in your view and the camera will re-focus on that object in the picture.

Was especially useful on shots with close up object and normal distance objects...it switches to macro mode on close up stuff. What a neat feature.

Yep. Also a long press on the shutter/capture picture button causes the camera to focus again prior to taking the picture. Not always accurate though

This camera continues to impress me. Best camera I have ever seen on a phone. Beats the iPhone IMO and others I know with iPhones agree. Went on vacation with my wife and we ended up using my Rezound for pictures instead of our digital camera. Yea its that good.

It was shrunk a bit, and algae that needs to be cleaned off the glass prevented the photo from coming out crystal clear, but there's a shot of three hairy mushrooms growing in my 10-gallon reef tank.

All three of those are genetically identical, I started with one and it split twice within a month. I'll take another shot when I'm home of a colony of eight red mushrooms, again all genetically identical

No, actually 60 miles north in Bishop. I'll bet that you couldn't have even seen the visitor center on that day!

Backlight HDR shot looks the most natural to me. Nice shot Jeff. Oh, and the falcon looks good too.
