Beats buds $99.99

Heard this before, but didn't believe. And today, saw it in the Staples latest flyer with my own very eyes. Really $99.99.

i probably would. For the simple fact their the first earbuds I've ever had that actually fit and stay in place... Ever. Not even my jawbones have fit right, so its kinda nice.

both in the ear and over the ear are that much at staples, best buy, etc.

Dunno but on my DINC my skull candy's for 30.00 work great.

You guys would have a stroke if you saw the price of the regular beats headphones. $299.99
Would I pay $100 for these buds? No. I would get them for $50, tops.

But it sure as hell feels soooo good getting them bundled with the Rezound. I've had a few people go "oh, nice phone. But it's just a phone" quickly go to "oh wow, awesome" whenever they see that beats earbuds are also included.

Beats is definitely top tier in terms of audio technology ... but are these worth $100? No!

I just tried them for size... put on the smallest rubber pieces and find them to still be too large, and in fact uncomfortable. Doesn't matter what they sound like if they make my ears hurt. Perhaps I have smaller than normal ear holes. I can't imagine who would use the largest ones.
Probably be putting them up on ebay.

question, if I decided to sell the earbuds only, will that void any warranty or insurance if something goes wrong with my phone itself?

I don't think it would void your warranty or insurance... They just probably won't give you another pair of ear buds that is it

Beats are WAY overpriced. They're marketed well, that's about it. They're at the bottom of the list at their price points, and probably middle of the pack if you were to cut the price in half. Extremely overrated.

I find it funny that the way Rezound is mentioned in the manual, over and over, on page after page, is "... with Beats Audio."

I think that's the official name of the phone.... As if "Rezound" itself wasn't bad enough. (i really despise the name.... What happened to "Vigor?")

Rezound...resolution + sound. I actually like the name vs Vigor. Vigor probably would've turned some women away from the phone anyway. Too masculine sounding. I'm still waiting for someone to get crazy with the names... Droid Onomatopoeia, HTC Hyperbole, Samsung Galaxy FarFarAway

I thought it was a play off of the word Resound.
