14 Day Return - Extended?

So I ended up getting my Rezound replaced due to the stress fractures. The question I have is, will my 14 day return period be extended? The 14 day of the original expires on Wednesday.

If you bought your phone through Verizon after November 15th, your return time is extended until early January.
Assuming you didn't rush out and buy the Rezound on day 1, you should be ok until then.

I picked up the phone on Nov 23rd. I'm curious why Verizon peeps told me I have 14 days to try out the product etc...

A lot of reps haven't been filled in with the holiday return period. Check your receipt, it says right on it that the return policy is extended into January.

I am kind of confused, since I bought it online on the 14th but did not get it till the 15th, which is my go by date LOL I assume the 14th but am hoping the 15th!

Whatever day the order was processed is the day you officially bought the phone. In this case, it looks like it was the 14th, so you're probably S.O.L.
