Verizon Wireless Trade-In Program

After you activated your Rezound, did you receive an email about being able to trade in your old phone? Recall seeing that you would automatically get in email in about 5 days?

I have an Incredible I want to send it into Verizon. Just went through the Verizon Trade In website and seems it is valued at $41. What is the best way to wipe all the data from the phone and external card?

I never got an email about trading in my old phone. Nor would I. It's worth more on the street(craigslist) than it is to hand back to Verizon.

If you want to wipe your phone, go into settings storage/data and choose factory data reset. That will wipe the phone. If you want to kill your SD, in the same screen choose format SD Card. However I don't think you need to include the SD when trading it in.

He's right. And keep the SD. Verizon doesn't want it. If u sell it on the street (Craigslist) and ur buyer needs one then give it to them.
