Sadly I played around with my phone too much and deleted the stock messenger. I installed chomp as a replacement but cannot get messages(sms) to the phone?

I can send but not receive. Any way to get this back without factory reboot?

You should be able to find it in "All Apps" as "Messages"

A few easy options;
1.) Flash a stock ROM (you can find it on Scott's website)
2.) Flash any ROM that caught your eye. It'll contain the messaging app.
3.) Track down a messaging apk for the Rezound

Messaging, Browser, Contacts, Dialer, etc. These are things you never, ever, ever want to delete.
