I think everyone is missing a major part of the leaked document. 11:59PM is the stated Pull availability time. So while techinically it is a 5/9 release, due to one minute, it's actually 5/10.

I kept getting "server unavailable" a little after 7:00 this morning. Now it says no update.

Well if we want to get technical, it doesn't state a year for the update.

I just hope this doesn't turn out like the DInc gingerbread release. Took 3 months for everyone to receive the update and they still managed to push the bad version first.

I give up. I knew it was a gamble but I'm rooting Thursday night. Unless HTC and/or Verizon leak something about why it didn't happen today.

Here's my question. There was never anything official about the supposed OTA. Why would you expect an official statement about a rumor?

Even if it was set to release today / tomorrow, I still think there is always an inevitable delay for the first release date. I still say 3rd quarter, they should have app freezing removed and new bloatware added by then.
