battery life
Ok so I'm coming from the original DInc, which is known for having less than stellar battery life. So after a week with the Rezound, I was like here we go again, when I realized, This battery is not horrible (by comparison), it's just that I like this phone so much, I never put thing down!
Is anyone else experiencing THiS problem... - 05-13-2012, 01:20 AM #2
My battery hardly lasted 8 hours with average to heavyish use; so, just as I usually do, I bought an extended battery.
Now, I use the phone as I please and still have some juice left in case of emergency.

Re: battery life
This is the biggest complaint I've heard about this phone but other than that 99% say it's an awesome phone. I would have got the larger batt for about $35 but the Otterbox Commuter I have on order, or Defender, will not fit with it. Maybe they will come out with one soon. My phone is on order so I'll see how it does.

Re: battery life
Good point...in theory. Little ones are curious by nature, and even if you tell them they cannot do something, as I'm sure you know from experience, it does not always override their natural curiosity to just start touching stuff to see what happens. But adult supervision and guidance should always be the priority for sure, I agree.
So even for little ones, these phones are tough to put down! My son prefers these phones to using the laptop, because he can't "touch" the laptop screen to make things do stuff, and he can walk around the house in his pull-up while playing games and listening to The Fresh Beat Band! Now that's the kind of stuff that drains batteries... - 05-14-2012, 02:02 PM #11
Re: battery life
I agree but teach them to be responsible with tech early and they never lose it and hopefully don't take it for granted.
My daughter got an ipod for her 8th birthday and almost committed seppuku when she thought she lost it earlier this year. It said to me that she knew the value of it, which is something most if not all kids NEED to know.“Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long.
