So I got my enrollment packet for the rezound today from the asurion verizon insurance and the rezound isnt even listed as a supported device. Uh what is going on here....

It is supported. I lost my phone awhile back, paid my 100 and they sent me a brand new one.

I smashed mine about 3 weeks ago, and got a replacement very quickly and easily ( -$99

)

Seriously? I thought they sent people refurbished phones...

If they don't have refurbs in stock they have no choice but to send you a new one happened to me. But the funny part was that after they sent a new one I got a letter from them saying that they dropped me.

That makes me wonder - what happens if it's a year from now and they don't have either new or refurbished in stock when you lose/break it? Do they just send you a Nokia 3310 instead?

Yeah it was new in the retail box. I was shocked, I always got refurbished before

Ha ha it depends what they have and what specs u had. Back in 09 I had to return my DROID Eris cause it kept crashing and after the 3rd time they said they'll give me other options and they were the DROID 2 or the incredible so that was a big bump up.
