We all want the ICS update that was promised but I am not sure we are blaming the right party. Do a Google search for delayed HTC ICS updates and you will see that almost every HTC phone on all carriers is delayed or cancelled. It appears the problems are with HTC. Take our leaks for example are still incomplete. Now it might seem that I am going to blame HTC and that is not true.

Who then do I blame, Apple. Their petty lawsuits against HTC delayed shipments of some new model phones until software mods were made. Those updates went all the way into May and June. Probably needed most of their resources updating phones that are supposed to be sold and were taken away from building updates. Thanks Apple.
