Question: is that photo proof that the update came OTA? I have heard that there is a leak with the same number that is not in circulation. Could that be a photo of a phone with the new leak?

I've been on ICS since around February, and am running ViperRom currently. Unless the OTA includes the global GSM patch, I don't really care about it. What I DO care about is when HTC will release the kernel source so we can finally get ICS AOSP development going.

Looks like its .12, which was the leak from a couple of weeks ago. Guess that means no global roaming update. Bummer.

Thought it had been released over on XDA. Could be wrong though. I'm going to go dig around and see what I find. I could be confused by this crack I'm smoking.

I am new..but I saw on XDA that they were talking about .12 the first week in July. Someone had it over there.....

I do not see much chatter about the update online...no updates from Verizon or HTC.

I smell a rat....

Last I knew the guys at android police had it but would not release it. I know I would would have seen it over on that forum either in raw form or as part of a Rom

A bunch of folks were suspicious of the ROM because there was no RUU released. Artem from AndroidPolice came into the thread and confirmed it was legit, and that no RUU was put out because it was only a very minor bug update. Grain of salt, etc, etc, but people have apparently been running this build for a little while.
