Did you make sure that mobile data was enabled?

This is probably a really stupid question but I can't figure it out....
Where the hell in the on screen phone icon/button at the bottom of the screen? I just have the App launcher now and can't figure out how to make a call or get to the phone.

Go to all apps, find phone, and drag it up to the new launcher where you see all apps located. You can put a total of 4 apps in that space. As seen in the picture of my screen I dragged email, phone, messages, and camera into my launcher area. Hope this helps.
