    Default ICS Grid size

The grid size gas always been 4x4. On gingerbread I had moved to Go Launcher to get 5x5. But I just got the ICS upgrade and after I have factory reset the phone. I want to stay on on Sence but can't see if there is always to go 5x5? I swear I saw screen shots of 5x5 with users who had gotten ICSI earlier. Is there a way?

Nope gotta get a different launcher. You can resize some widgets (sense) if it helps.

How do you remove Icons from the home screen now? when you press and hold them, the delete/trashcan option does not appear, unless I am missing something. Would also like to remove a couple of items from the new bar at the bottom of the screen as well.

    thanks
