Is it just me or is the overall screen resolution seem better since the update? I know that the font changed, but everything seems high "defier" - browser text, Web and Facebook pictures, app icons, etc. Very impressed with the how smooth and clean everything seems. Are my eyes playing tricks?

I agree, the screen does seem sharper and brighter.

I would say its the way things scale in ics, and the fact that the native resolution of ics is 720p. Someone else might remember the detils , but they changed the scaling to deal with different resolutions that android is so famous for.

I dont know this, but i imagine that the icons and general themes got a better res treatment for the update. I have been running it for months though, so i dont really remamber the difference lol. Sense 4 roms look even better to me reswise than 3.6 as well.

I also think the default font is much cleaner and sharper, I thought it was just me at first... things just look nicer all the way around!

Everything looks sharper but also the icons look a little smaller.. Maybe that's just me tho??
