Worse reception after ICS update

I've had noticeably worse reception after updating to ICS. In my basement 3G goes in and out all of the time (never a problem before), call quality is noticeably worse, and my signal strength no longer goes green (on the battery usage screen) when driving to work.
Anyone else seeing this? Is it possible to switch back to the old radio?

I'm not sure which is better cause I can't tell the difference, but there are those that say the gb firmware is better. The only way to go back is to go s off. Nothing else will allow you to do so

I found that a full factory reset cleared any ICS issues you might be having...

ICS runs very smooth with better battery / data / connection results.

Did you have reception problems with the update before you did a factory reset?

No... I did not.....

I installed the "leaked" ICS .10 which did a complete factory wipe during the install...

because ICS includes new radios, it sounds as though something wonky happened during the install...

So, when in doubt... factory reset... This will give you a clean install of ICS and in 99% of cases, it pretty much makes your phone operate like new.
