Re: Are we back at the end of the line for FoxFi?
Why is it that the answer is always root?
Remember that there are allot of owners out there that just don't feel comfortable nor have the experience to do so.... reguardless of the excellent guides and knowledgeable people on this forum.
As for FoxFi.... They have always had an issue with HTC phones for some reason...
I have an unlimited plan... so, I would love to be able to use the hotspot feature without having to fork over another 30 bucks.
Oh... and I'm not a data abuser... I rack up between only 2 to 4 gig's a month..

The answer is always root because 15 minutes of being uncomfortable saves hours of frustration and 50 posts.
If you are uncomfortable, team up with someone on here I am always willing to help and I Mr. Smith had gtalked to more than one.
