    Default Got a razr maxx as a warranty replacement

    When I called Verizon, they said that they were out of the rezound and offered a razr. I tried to push for the maxx saying that I have an extended battery on my rezound, but they said no. Well, surprise surprise, I got a Maxx in the mail!

    You lucky turd haha. I'm expecting my replacement Rezound today and i'm already thinking it will have "problems" and hopefully i'll get a Maxx too.

    so you didn't expect a maxx and just got it? I told them i had an extended battery on my rezound as well and rep said the maxx was out of stock. Im still awaiitng shipment today before 3pm. hopefully i get surprised with a maxx, if not ill call in to see if they can exchange it

    I just called yesterday and they are sending a rezound

    I called yesterday and they told me I've had too many replacements and SIM cards to have another replacement. And when asked for another device they said it was against htc warranty to do that

    okay just got my razr. white colored and looks brand spankin' new. bye bye rezound.

    they are lying to you. I first had a gnex then after 3 returns a rezound then 6 rezounds later now a razr. what a bumpy ride it has been thus far.

    Just got off the phone with them. Tried for a galaxy s 3 lol, of course she laughed and said no. They are sending out another Rezound. If I have to have this next one replaced, I will ask for something different.

    So.... Back to the iPhone for now.

    when i called tuesday, they ran out of stock of the rezound. so they were pretty much forced to give me something different. but persistance does help sometimes, ask to speak to a supervisor.

    Just out of curiosity, why so many replacements? Maybe I've just been lucky, but for the past 2+ years I've had no real problems on my OG Droid or Rezound.

    gnex's i had were all dropping data constantly. I live in nyc and supposedly heavily saturated with 4g. and the rezounds were all kinds of issues like extremely weak Bluetooth to proximity sensor issue resulting in me no being able to interact with the dialer in call away from my face. last rezound i got had static on calls anything higher than >50% volume. Just bad lucky maybe, Would'nt trust "cln"'s anymore.

    That's what I thought. Went back up their today and the guy had do some force programming and if it doesn't fix the problem in 24 hr then on to another phone. Hope I can convince them to be S3 or gnex.
