Just got a Rezound

Hello, I just got my CLN Rezound I'm coming from a Thunderbolt. So far I'm liking the Rezound better. I get faster 4G, and I get 4G in places that the bolt would lose it. Im sure there will be more, but have to get used to it.

Oh screen is better too!

welcome to the rezound. it is such a great phone, that verizon doesn't promote very well.

You will LOVE the camera! Especially in Backlit HDR mode, it beats most point and shoots!

The Rezound is a great phone, but right now there are issues with Maps. Hopefully the problem is fixed soon by Google.

I'm also having problems with data signals and random reboots (not related to Google Maps)

Glad you like it! I had the bolt too. Love the Resound. Loved my bolt but it started having issues.

The TBolt always had issues lol From random reboots to bad data service it was the definition of a first gen device! The Rezound is truly what HTC should have made the Thunderbolt in the first place with its dual core, bigger battery, better cameras, hd screen, etc.

Go find the 4.03.605.12 OTA on android police. It will flash right over your current ICS. Fixes all issues. Or get the. 2 RUU which is extremely clean, smooth and snappy but will wipe your device.

I loved the Blunderbolt despite all its issues. I had it replaced 9 times and still liked it. Enough to replace it with its predecessor. I wonder what's wrong with myself...although I guess my hunch was right. Because I love the Rezound.

I think you mean 3.14.605.12!

I did not mean 3.14.605.12. I did mean 4.03.605.1 sorry about putting the 2 at the end. The ruu is 4.03.605.2. Below is the link to the OTA and install instructions.
