Call quality when talking on shoulder

I'm on Cleanrom 1.4,but I've had the problem since before I rooted and changed roms. When I'm talking on the phone, and I put the phone on my shoulder to talk, people are unable to hear me. Anybody else have thus issue and know how to fix it? Thanks!

Bluetooth headset.. problem fixed

This is because you are covering the noise cancelling microphone on the left side of your phone, switch sides of you head, hold the phone in your hand, or get a headset and the problem will go away.
