Question on android 4g vs iOS 3g...

Ok, I tried an experiment. I have both the Rezound and an iPhone 4. I used crackle on both and streamed the same movie, the Rezound used over 1gb of data while the iPhone used just over 400mb. Why is that?

Most apps can determine your bandwidth/connection and will adjust the quality and data steam accordingly to optimize the connection. What you are seeing is not uncommon.

Not to mention that fact that the rezound has a much better and higher resolution HD screen which means all video will be higher quality which takes a lot more data

I guess I assumed that the video was just streamed the same way and either the device could make the most of it or it couldn't. Didn't realize the website would stream the video out differently based on the device.
