Help before i throw this phone through the wall

I have an HTC Rezound from VZW ... I got a sim card from GSM carrier Simple Mobile. I have rooted, unlocked, S-Off, installed ROMs, even the LTE ON/OFF app. How do i put this phone in GSM mode so I can use it, I stuck the Sim in my old blackberry and it worked fine .... what am i doing wrong here ... please help

Which ROM are you one and is it a GSM specific ROM?
